Kitchen Decorating Fun

Decisions, decisions. 
Choices made.  The lamp was made by my father and was
hanging over my parents' dining room table for years.
We plan to showcase it over the new center island.

    Linda, love the lamp! I have something similar in my parlor floor. How special that your dad made it!

    I always read your posts in my Google reader, but have to come to your actual blog to comment. Didn't realize how much weight you lost in WW! That is tremendous! Congrats!

      Hi Kim. That is so nice that you still check me out here. I still read you, too. The weight loss has been very slow but I am good with that... only about a pound a week on average. I started last April. WW is a good fit for me and my life but of course we are all different and I do think that there is more than one way to get there. Good luck with your new plan! And, like with Alice, I am so impressed with your commitment to exercise and fitness. Linda

    Lin, yes WW is excellent. At its core, my best eating follows WW very closely. So glad it's working for you!
