Stack ‘em

Proof of chosen design.
Still waiting for sponsor info.
Yesterday was the first time since I no longer did art director thingies outside of my home business – back in the days when I commuted to a real job, that I actually had projects in a cue.  Happy days.  Albeit, it was a very small cue of three, but it made me feel great.  Now my cue holds only one rather largish job again (I am a very fast worker so my “to do” stack tends to shrink quickly, that’s one of the things that former employers liked about me, I think).  But I am encouraged.  The best part is that I received very positive feedback on proofs so far.

My latest major project is to design a logo and website layout for a non-profit concept organization.  Part one, the logo design is out for selection now.  Even though I know that it’s sometimes better not to give people too many choices, I got carried away and came up with seven.  I may regret that.  Another assignment that I have currently is to design a full color sticker that will be given out to all students in the Philadelphia, South Jersey area.  Provided by a local radio station, kids are to write in their school closing numbers in the blank space and affix the stickers in an important place.  Very fun to work on.

But it’s off to “doctor day” with mom this morning.
